Borough Council Candidates Debate This Friday
On Friday, October 20th at 8pm the Borough Council Candidates with debate at the Community Center, located at 22 Snug Harbor Avenue. The debate will be moderated by Muriel J. Smith, a former Highlands resident. Ms. Smith is asking for resident input and will be accepting questions to be asked anonymously at the debate. All questions can be addressed to Ms. Smith at murieljs1@aol.com.

Although this event is open to the public, it is not a Borough sponsored event.
Mission Possible at Henry Hudson
Join the Henry Hudson Regional Admiral Jr. Players on Friday, October 27 and Saturday, October 28th at 7pm for their production of Mission: Possible. Hope to see you there!
Electric Line Inspections
JCPL will be conducting routine inspections of their lines in Monmouth County starting Friday, October 13th, and continuing for 10 days weather permitting. Residents of Monmouth County may see slow, low flying, black & silver helicopters throughout the County during this time.

The Department of Environmental Protection and officials in the Two Rivers region of northeastern Monmouth County are encouraging the public to identify buildings and other facilities in their communities that should be part of focused flood-resiliency planning efforts. Blood Drive
The Highlands Fire Department Fall Blood Drive will be held on Tuesday September 26, 2017 from 5-8pm at the Firehouse, 17-1 Shore Drive.
Borough Calendars
Borough Calendars with lots of information about meetings, clubs, events, schools, trash days and so much more are at the Office, 42 Shore Drive, and the Community Center, 22 Snug Harbor. You can pick them up during business hours 8:30am-4:30pm. Next year, the calendar will be mailed to all households in January of 2018.
